Aldrin Barter, IT Project Manager

I was named after the astronaut Buzz Aldrin (2nd man on the moon!) after a family vote which my Dad lost by a landslide – He wanted to call me Arthur.  I was born in Stamford, but in the 80’s, during my teenage angst, I left the area to go to Art College, only to return as an adult in the 90’s and realize how much I missed it. My fiancé and I now have 3 children, a dog, a cat, three goldfish and an awesome coffee machine.

After 11 years of service in a local authority, I decided to work for a proper, real company and I joined Meridian in August 2009. I really enjoy working with a competent, reliable team, where everything and everybody counts –  especially the clients!!

In my spare time:  I relax with my art, cooking, comic books, music, retro/sub-pop culture and often like a drink when doing any of those.  It’s probably easier to say I don’t like Southern Comfort or Gin… well, Sloe Gins alright…
